What does it mean to be a man in the 21st century? How should we be socializing and teaching boys and young men of every racial and ethnic background? And how can men play a key role in reducing violence against women? Jackson Katz, Ph.D. will answer these questions and more. We’ll discuss the importance of media literacy in understanding and changing negative influences in our society, and how bystander approaches can empower men to confront abusive peers.
