Annual 5K Run/Walk
Event Overview
Join us on Saturday, June 15, 2024 for our 8th Annual 5K Run/Walk. It will be held at Wachusett Mountain in Princeton, MA.
The 5K is the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation’s biggest fundraiser of the year, raising funds for safety awareness and violence-prevention initiatives. It attracts both serious and recreational runners and walkers from across the state (and beyond). The 5K has had over 5,000 participants since its first year!
It’s a fun event! In addition to the 5K race, there is a Kids’ Fun Run and a post-race party including a DJ, food and beverages, raffles, and silent auction. The Foundation is so grateful for the support of its community – participants and sponsors.
Medals are awarded to top finishers.
The course is mostly flat with one short hill.
