Join us for a FREE personal safety & self-defense workshop for women, ages 16+.
During this active participatory workshop, realistic self-defense tactics will be practiced. Learn about situational awareness and how to handle a confrontation both physically and mentally. Prepare to challenge yourself and feel empowered.
