Join us for a FREE personal safety & self-defense workshop for women, ages 16+.*
During this active participatory workshop, realistic self-defense tactics will be practiced.
Learn about situational awareness and how to handle a confrontation both physically and mentally.
Prepare to feel empowered! All fitness levels welcome.
Pre-registration is required and space is limited.
All participants will receive a free personal safety alarm.
